Healing & Touch-Up Timing

Pigment settles over the first few weeks. Following these steps — and booking your touch-up in the right window — is what makes the result last.

  1. 1. Keep It Dry the First Week
Avoid soaking the treated area — no pools, saunas, or long hot showers directly on fresh pigment while the surface heals.
  2. 2. Let It Flake on Its Own
Light flaking and a color shift as pigment settles is normal. Picking or scratching pulls pigment out unevenly.
  3. 3. Protect From Direct Sun
UV exposure fades fresh pigment faster than anything else. Cover the area or use SPF once your provider clears it for sun exposure.
  4. 4. Skip Makeup and Actives on the Area
Retinols, exfoliants, and makeup over the treated area slow healing and can pull color unevenly during the first 7-10 days.

Scalp Micropigmentation Care

  • Avoid sweating heavily (workouts, saunas, hot yoga) for the first several days — sweat can push pigment out before it sets.
  • Keep the scalp dry and avoid direct shower spray on the area until your provider clears it.
  • Wear a loose hat rather than anything tight that rubs the treated area.
  • Moisturize once healing is underway, not during the first few dry-healing days — ask your provider when to start.
  • Sun exposure fades scalp pigment fastest of anywhere on the body — SPF or a hat once cleared.

Reviews 4.8/5 (6 reviews)

  • 5★ — Ethan A.
Gentle, precise, and genuinely an artist. My sparse brows finally have shape and fullness that lasts, and the touch-up was seamless.
  • 5★ — Frank O.
I wake up with perfect brows every single morning now. The microblading strokes look exactly like real hairs — nobody believes they are tattooed.
  • 4★ — Nova R.
Clean, sterile, and so reassuring through the whole process. My brows have stayed crisp for over a year and still look completely natural.
  • 5★ — Sophia F.
She mapped my brows to my face shape and matched the pigment perfectly. Months later they still look fresh and natural, not a hint of orange.
  • 5★ — customer
Permanent eyeliner was the best decision — no more smudging, no morning routine, just polished eyes the second I wake up.
  • 5★ — Sadie D.
The lip blush gave me the softest, most natural color — I have not touched lipstick since. Healed beautifully and held its tone.
